Embracing Islam is both challenging  and rewarding.  Your friends, family, co-workers and neighbors may have trouble accepting and understanding your new faith.  While some converts struggle, others have found ways in which their new religion enhances every aspect of their lives. 

Light of Islam’s Converts Group is an opportunity to share thoughts, feelings and ways to learn and grow.  All converts to Islam are welcome, whether you’ve been Muslim for a day or a decade.  Spouses are also welcome, whether converts or not. 

The group meets for a potluck lunch and group discussion on the first Sunday of every month from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.  RSVP is required.
